Hi! My name is Isabelle and I’m a freelance designer who aims to use thoughtful, problem-solving design to clarify and amplify your mission. I believe design is a visual language with the power to bring people together, inspire emotions, and invite engagement. By understanding the problems in communicating your goals and mission, you lay the foundation for thoughtful design solutions.

I have 12 years of hands-on experience in graphic design paired with a lifelong interest in growing my skill-set. I’m drawn to working with start-ups, well-established businesses and not-for-profit organizations each for the unique challenges they bring. I’m an avid walker, a wannabe gardener and love lounging with my dog. I also created papierbloc.com as a creative side project where I can explore ideas without boundaries.

CAIS

Project Overview

Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) is a community of independent schools, that explores and pursues exemplary leadership training, research and international standards of educational excellence.

I've been collaborating with CAIS since 2015 on projects ranging from the re-design of their website, publications, brochures, business cards, conference visuals, event logos and social media strategy. Working with their existing logo and colours, I've since expanded on their visual identity and developed style guidelines for different types of marketing collateral.

Visuals that tell the story

CAIS intends to build long lasting relationships with their member base through their accreditation process, professional learning opportunities and student events. Together we've created marketing and support material to reflect their various offerings and tell their ever evolving story.
